SALES AND DISTRIBUTION

The Sales & Distribution Department is responsible for the coordination of fuel supply, its sales & distribution. Main activities involve inbound logistics from (Kenya to Juba, South Sudan). The Department deals with distribution of fuel to Government institutions and to NILEPET retail outlets/ Depots in Juba & Wau. Sales & distribution department is also responsible for overseeing the smooth running of sales processing, documentation, verification and approval processing.

To improve economic and social services to the people of South Sudan and to protect health & Safety of persons as well as the environment.

To be the most vibrant Department in the corporation for sale of refined imported products to key government institutions and our retail outlets / depots while intending to gain acceptable profits for the corporation.

• Sales and Distribution: In charge of sales, documentations, data analysis, invoicing, distributions, coordination, receiving and dispatching.
• Supply: In charge of receiving trucks, tracking the records of the trucks, verifications, follow up of the contractors’ consignments from suppliers and coordination.

The Department of Sales & Distribution plays critical roles in the Socio – Economic Development of the Juba City and some States, as use for government office electricity, cars movement internet services and facilitation of water supply to all residents.

• Actively Participate in supports of key government institutions with fuel subsidies which includes Presidency, Security organs, National ministries, National commissions, Coordination offices, Airport, Parliamentarians, watering tanks and specific transport buses with aim to catalyze the ability of government in running of their cars, Communication, office internet & electricity lighting inside Juba and beyond.
• Within the corporation, The Directorate involved in fuel Sales processing, receiving trucks, logistic operation, coordination, Monitoring, and distribution to our Depots & stations retail outlets and Preparation of an update report weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to Managing Director and Director General of downstream.
• Coordinates with supplier’s inbound logistics & advice division on fuel supply trends.
• Preparing plans and budget for the Department.
