Nile Logistics and Services Company was established in 2013 as a joint venture between Nile Petroleum Corporation (NILEPET), Central Equatoria State and Moloko Investment Group (South Africa) to provide petroleum sector logistics solutions and associated infrastructure.

Provide oil and gas logistics to ensure cost effective and efficient Exploration and Production programs within South Sudan Oilfields, through developing logistics centers (stockyards) within Oil producing areas. Ensure efficient transportation and storage of bulk petroleum products through development of bulk petroleum storage facilities along centralized demand points and nodal points within South Sudan.

Develop national petroleum sector supply chain capacity with the strategic objective of localizing oil and gas supply chain and enhance local content threshold and spend during the Oil and Gas Exploration and Production activities in South Sudan. Though development of oil and gas equipment and material stockyards within the Oilfields of South sudan.

Offer logistics and infrastructure solutions to the South Sudan Petroleum sector as a catalyst to unlock petroleum value and supply chain.

Development of downstream infrastructure in line with
Nile Petroleum Corporation master/roll-out plan, mainly petroleum terminals and pipelines to effectively Store, Hold and Distribute imported (Phase One) and locally refined oil products (Phase Two)

Establish an integrated Oil & Gas logistics system earmarked to provide efficient logistics solutions in the
South Sudan Oilfields with the long term objective of 
accelerating Oil & Gas Exploration and Production.
