NIYAT oilfield Services Co. Ltd was incorporated on 3rd September 2010 as a joint venture between Nile Petroleum Corporation (NILEPET) and Eyat Oilfield Services Co. with 60% shares for Eyat and 40% shares for NILEPET.

The core business of Niyat oilfields services Company is Earthmoving construction works of roads and bridges in the Oilfields. We do contribute greatly in improving and maintaining the infrastructure in the oilfields.
There are some other services we render like management of oilfields produced water(Bioremediation), land transport, freight forwarding and logistics operations.
